One Year after “3 by 5” AIDS Treatment Campaign, International Advocacy Group Warns Effort is Stagnating

The International Treatment Preparedness Coalition (ITPC) has released its new report on the status of AIDS treatment delivery. The report finds areas of progress, but warns that without immediate action by national governments and global agencies the scale up effort is at risk of falling millions of people short of global targets.
