ITPC Letter to WHO Director General

The fight for Universal Access is continuing. ITPC have drafted a letter demanding action from Margaret Chan, Director General of WHO. Specifically, they ask for greater leadership on global efforts to roll out treatment.

Informal Response to Joint Letter on UA

UNAIDS have sent an informal response to the recently sent Joint Letter on the Universal Access Process. Andy Seale, Chief Civil Society Partnerships, at UNAIDS says that a formal response to the letter is being formulated by that ‘the increasing level of civil society engagement in efforts to ensure Universal Access achieves successes and greater accountability in AIDS in much welcomed.’
