The Panos Global AIDS Programme (GAP) works worldwide on participation, ownership and accountability within the response to HIV and AIDS. Our activities are informed by nearly two decades of experience analysing the response to HIV and AIDS, and our ongoing participation in international discussions with policymakers, the media and civil society.
